Anatom Watches

Rado's philosophy is "If we can imagine it, we can make it. If we can make it, we will." This unique approach to design explains why so many Rado collections are so finely crafted and luxurious. Rado are based in Lengnau, in Switzerland, and produce over half a million timepieces every year. The company formed in 1917 and initally only produced watch movements of the highest quality. It was not until 1957 when Rado launched their first collection of watches under their own name. Rado were the first to manufacture a scratch-proof watch and have pioneered this technology ever since. The company is considered high-end but does not have a very long history, this is because in the short time Rado have been in existence they have made a large number of technological innovations.

Anatom Watches

Rado have stepped into revolutionary new territory with the Anatom line of watches. The Anatom features a unique sapphire crystal that is completely scratchproof but has been manufactured in a convex shape instead of flat. This allows the Anatom to be created with an anatomical curve for maximum comfort. The Anatom fits snugly on the wrist thanks to this curve, encircling it as though the watch was part of the wearer. The centrepiece of the Anatom is this sapphire crystal, delicately curved on both sides. The unique concept of the Rado Anatom enjoys great popularity worldwide.
