Montres Villemont are a part of the Villemont Group along with fellow watchmakers Amundsen. Villemont Group are based in Geneva, run by two watchmakers with recognised expertise who already work closely with Montres Villemont on watch casings. THe Villemont Group consider themselves a "manufacture horlogère" (watchmaking workshop) thanks to a vertically integrated structure that is crucial for ensuring sufficiently short production times and gaining a solid foothold in the universe of high-end watches. The Villemont Group's strength lies in the fact that the two brands complement each other perfectly, sharing the same watchmaking DNA. Montres Villemont, naturally entitled to use the Swiss made label, has succeeded in forging an identity in the luxury segment thanks to the quality of its components, and designs that combine classicism and innovation. Jorgen Amundsen has launched a series of timepieces that have been designed to withstand the most extreme conditions in polar zones but also for sailing and aviation. Contemporary WatchesThe Contemporary collection is one of the widest ranging and varied collections in the Montres Villemont range. All of the watches in this collection are self-winding and come in a choice of either traditional round dial or a delicately curved square fascia. Many of the Contemporary collection feature functional chronographs with ultimate accuracy, and finally a set of watches from the Contemporary collection also feature a "big date" function that allows maximum readability and is a huge leap in terms of functionality over the traditional small date watches that are difficult to read. The Contemporary collection features many unique timepieces, so much so that you will be able to find a watch for any occasion amongst the Contemporary range.
