Lange 1 Watches

A Lange & Söhne trace their roots back to the Saxon court under Augustus the Strong and are responsible for establishing the Saxon precision watchmaking industry in Glashütte in 1845. It did not take long before timekeeping instruments crafted by A. Lange & Söhne ranked among the world's most coveted treasures. Through changing fortunes the brand began to suffer until 1990 when Adolph Lange's great-grandson Walter Lange returned to Glashütte to restore the family watchmaking heritage. In only four short years later in the Palace of Dresden he demonstrated the first new A. Lange & Söhne timepieces. A Lange & Söhne timepieces are crammed full of useful mechanical inventions and are luxury functional watches for the 21st century.
