Mid Complications

Arnold & Sons trace their lineage back to 1764 when John Arnold set up his first workshop in the Strand in London. After giving King George III the gift of a minute repeater-ring John Arnold gained access to circles of wealthy people. Arnold joined the longitude act competition which was set up in an effort to find a reliable method for calculating the longitude at sea during the expansion of the British Empire. To this end Arnold used to specialise in marine chronometers throughout the 1770's before making the move to developing timepieces in more modern times. Arnold & Sons are very aware of their nautical heritage and aim to incorporate as much of their past engineering prowess in their timepieces as possible.

Mid Complications Watches

The Mid Complications collection from Arnold & Sons bridges the gap between the more commonly seen Grand Complications designs and regular style timepieces. All of the pieces of the Mid Complications range feature automatic movment for exceptional accurancy, and are water resistant to a great depth (not normally something you associate with complications watches). All of the Mid Complications timepieces come with genuine crocodile straps and GMT time zone indicators. Although functionaly is less than in the Grand Complications watch the Mid Complications is still crammed full of some of the latest horological technology.
