The Time Only "Transparency"
Quinting
was formed in 1993 when three Swiss engineers who happened to be
obsessed with the movement of hands and wheels decided to embark upon
the most difficult adventure ever undertaken by horologists; they
wanted to make a completely transparent chronograph. The Quinting name
comes from the surname of the youngest engineer in the team. The
Quinting team searched for solutions to practical problems in a wide
range of industries rather than working soley within the field of
horology. For instance they liased with automotive, aeronautical and
optical fields and after seven years of research and development
produced their first working prototype transparent watch. Since then
Quinting have gone from strength to strength and introduced some new
lines; like everything from Quinting you can be assured that it is
stylish, innovative but most importantly highly functional and unique. | |
The Time Only "Transparency"The patented sapphire movement of the Transparency is as revolutionary and transparent as the Quinting's chronograph itself. The delicate Transparency timepiece collection is light and airy, an object that almost seems to float about the surface that supports it. The Transparency hides it's complexity very well, Quinting have captured the essence of horology and fine watchmaking with the Transparency collection. It features three charachteristic hands an a large 39mm diameter, and is available for both ladies and gents. The Transparency can also be encrusted with the finest diamonds if required. |
